He/She develops and implements policies and procedures which are consistent with regulatory, accreditation, state and local requirements; and provides in-service for staff to include safety, infection control, and quality assurance; works with Administration to develop long range planning, budgeting, staffing, contributes and participates in all committees, as well as the management of employees and payroll for the Respiratory Department.

Qualifications:
