Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) - Quincy, MA $80,000-$112,000 per year We're looking for a licensed rehabilitation professional to lead therapy services in a skilled nursing setting. This full-time role combines clinical leadership, team support, and day-to-day department oversight with a focus on quality resident care. Oversee rehab operations, scheduling, and team workflow Support clinical quality, compliance, and documentation Collaborate with facility leadership and interdisciplinary teams Mentor and support therapy staff Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k), PTO, and holiday pay CEU and professional development support Active PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP license required Skilled nursing experience required Leadership experience preferred
