Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead our rehabilitation program at AdviniaCare. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality delivery of rehabilitation services to our patients and residents. Job Responsibilities:
Ensure the quality and appropriateness of patient care meets or exceeds company and industry standards Direct and assess the scheduling of patients/residents for therapy services Participate in team meetings to formulate treatment plans and discuss progress Review therapist documentation practices for clarity, conciseness, and consistency Maintain a clinical caseload as needed Generate and analyze financial, operational, and productivity reports Ensure weekly and monthly statistics, patient outcome data, and billing logs are accurate, complete, and reported in a timely manner Supervise program staff in daily program operations and clinical activities Continuously promote interdisciplinary, clinical reasoning skills, and best practices within rehabilitation
Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and/or Speech/Language Pathology Current licensure by the Board of Allied Health Professions Current membership in professional organizations at the state and national level preferred Two (2) to four (4) years of clinical experience required One (1) to two (2) years of supervisory experience with multi-disciplines preferred Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Ability to function effectively in multi-faceted systems and to interact effectively with all levels of staff and customers Strong oral and written communication skills Strong organizational and analytical skills How to
