Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Director of Rehab, where you will lead and inspire our rehabilitation services to deliver exceptional patient care. In this pivotal role, you will oversee clinical operations, foster a collaborative team environment, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Your leadership will drive quality outcomes, enhance patient satisfaction, and support the professional growth of your team members. Duties Provide strategic oversight and leadership for all rehabilitation programs within the facility, ensuring high standards of care and operational excellence Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans that promote optimal patient recovery and functional independence Monitor clinical performance metrics, analyze outcomes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to elevate service quality Mentor and support therapists and rehab staff through ongoing education, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies to maintain a safe and ethical environment Facilitate effective communication across departments to streamline workflows and enhance patient experience Participate in budget planning, resource allocation, and staffing decisions to sustain efficient operations Skills Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment Strong knowledge of rehabilitation therapies, clinical best practices, and industry regulations Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with staff, patients, families, and external partners Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret clinical data and implement evidence-based improvements Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation, compliance, and workflow management Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a positive outlook
