This is a permanent role Key Responsibilities Assist the Director of Rehabilitation with daily department operations Supervise and support physical, occupational, and speech therapy staff Coordinate patient care plans and interdisciplinary communication Monitor therapy documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and facility guidelines Assist with scheduling, staffing coverage, and productivity management Support staff training, onboarding, mentoring, and performance improvement Qualifications Current state licensure as a PTA or COTA Minimum of 2-5 years of rehabilitation or healthcare experience preferred Strong knowledge of rehabilitation practices and healthcare regulations Active BLS Certification Please feel free to reach me for any query
