Job Description
Jackson Therapy Partners seeks a Director of Rehab to lead multidisciplinary rehabilitation services within a healthcare facility. In this leadership role, you'll oversee PT, OT, SLP, and allied health teams, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include staff supervision, scheduling, caseload management, and mentoring clinicians. You'll collaborate with physicians and administrators, monitor clinical outcomes, drive program growth, and support evidence-based practice.
