Overview Program Director, Rehabilitation Lead a high-performing inpatient rehabilitation program where your leadership directly impacts patient outcomes, operational excellence, and team success. We are seeking an experienced Program Director, Rehabilitation to oversee clinical, financial, and administrative operations while fostering a culture of collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement. This is an outstanding opportunity for a healthcare leader who is passionate about developing teams, optimizing performance, and delivering exceptional patient-centered rehabilitation services. Key Responsibilities Lead the daily operations of the inpatient rehabilitation program, ensuring excellence in clinical, financial, and operational performance. Partner with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve optimal rehabilitation outcomes. Develop and manage departmental budgets, strategic initiatives, and performance goals. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards. Recruit, mentor, and develop rehabilitation staff through ongoing coaching and professional development. Monitor key performance metrics and implement quality improvement initiatives. Serve as the primary representative for the rehabilitation program in leadership meetings and community partnerships. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline (RN, PT, OT, SLP, SW) or Healthcare Management required; Master's degree preferred Minimum 3 years of rehabilitation leadership or healthcare administration experience Current, valid clinical license as required by the state Proven leadership, financial management, and operational planning experience Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Why Join Us?
