This role combines hands-on clinical leadership, staff mentorship, and operational oversight while helping foster a supportive and collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities Provide mentorship, guidance, and visible leadership support to nursing staff. Part of your time is spent working side by side with our floor staff. We are present leaders, and this helps us identify process and training areas where we can do even better. Your leadership and ability to teach in the moment are essestial to our teams success.
