Know Your Team:

Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center is a 128-bed, full-service, acute-care community hospital with a new emergency department, a state-of-the-art maternity center, a women's imaging center, and an ICU. Responsibilities Responsible for planning, directing, supervising, and coordinating Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Diagnostic Imaging services. Oversees quality, patient experience, regulatory compliance, financial performance, staffing, and strategic initiatives across assigned departments.

Qualifications Job Requirements:

Master's degree in a healthcare-related field . 7+ years of acute care experience . 5+ years of leadership experience . Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy. Current New Jersey Physical Therapy , Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology License required. Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education, and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
