Dishwasher Job Summary- as a Dishwasher and play an essential role in keeping our kitchen clean, organized, and running efficiently. The Dishwasher is responsible for washing and sanitizing dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. This position is ideal for someone dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment. Operate the commercial dishwasher and follow proper sanitation procedures. Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and free of debris. Assist kitchen staff with maintaining overall cleanliness throughout the kitchen. Remove trash and recycling and maintain designated waste areas. Sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed. Restock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies. Assist with receiving and storing deliveries when needed. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines. Safely lift and carry boxes, pots, and kitchen supplies. Work efficiently while maintaining cleanliness during busy service periods. Assist with other basic kitchen duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred but not required. Must be reliable, punctual, and hardworking. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to cleanliness and organization. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to safely lift and carry supplies and equipment. Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills. Willingness to follow restaurant sanitation and safety procedures. Food handlers certificate Food Prep - Salad & Dessert Job Summary- as a salad and dessert Associate specializing in salads, desserts, garnishes, and cold food preparation. This position is responsible for preparing ingredients and menu items according to our recipes and presentation standards. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, clean, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining consistency and quality. Responsibilities Prepare salads, salad ingredients, dressings, toppings, and garnishes according to established recipes. Prepare and portion desserts for service. Assist with plating and presentation of salads and desserts. Wash, cut, chop, slice, and portion fruits, vegetables, herbs, and other ingredients. Prepare ingredients in advance for daily restaurant service. Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards consistently. Properly label, date, store, and rotate prepared food and ingredients. Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked prep station. Follow proper food handling, temperature control, and sanitation procedures. Monitor ingredient levels and communicate shortages to the kitchen manager or chef. Assist with setting up the kitchen and prep stations before service. Maintain cleanliness throughout the shift and properly clean equipment and work areas. Work closely with chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Assist with additional kitchen preparation duties as needed. Qualifications Previous food prep, restaurant, catering, or kitchen experience preferred but not required. Basic knife skills and food preparation knowledge preferred. Strong attention to detail and presentation. Ability to follow recipes and portion specifications. Clean, organized, and dependable work habits. Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service. Ability to stand for extended periods. Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices. Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and follow our recipes and preparation standards.
Pay:
$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
