Qualifications:
Current, active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license Prior experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care setting Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations governing Skilled Nursing Facilities Proven leadership and supervisory experience managing nursing staff Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsKey Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Nursing with the daily management of nursing operations and clinical staff Supervise, mentor, and support nursing personnel to ensure high-quality resident care Promote regulatory compliance and maintain ongoing survey readiness in accordance with state and federal guidelines Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) initiatives Assist with staff scheduling, performance evaluations, coaching, and corrective action as needed Coordinate orientation, education, and ongoing training programs for nursing staff Monitor clinical documentation, resident care plans, and adherence to facility policies and procedures Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional resident outcomes and continuity of care Serve as a clinical resource and leadership presence for staff, residents, and families IND2Pay:
$120,000.00- $130,000.
