Job Description
Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) Gardens of Belden Village | Canton, OH Lead. Inspire. Make a Difference. Gardens of Belden Village is seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our skilled therapy department within our Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC) community. We are looking for a motivated, organized rehabilitation leader who is passionate about clinical excellence, team development, and delivering exceptional patient outcomes. This leadership opportunity is open to licensed Physical Therapists (PT), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA), and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) with prior Director of Rehab experience. Qualifications Current Ohio license as a PT, PTA, or COTA Director of Rehabilitation experience in a SNF/LTC setting is required Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Thorough understanding of Medicare, PDPM, productivity, compliance, and regulatory requirements Experience with Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC) required Ability to mentor, motivate, and develop interdisciplinary therapy teams Commitment to providing exceptional resident-centered care Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily rehabilitation department operations Supervise and support PT, OT, SLP, PTA, and COTA staff Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, and federal regulations Monitor productivity, clinical outcomes, and departmental performance Collaborate with nursing, physicians, administration, and interdisciplinary teams Manage scheduling, staffing, documentation, and quality initiatives Foster a positive, patient-focused culture centered on excellence Why Join Gardens of Belden Village?
