Job Description
Jackson Therapy Partners seeks a Director of Rehab to lead therapy services in a healthcare facility. In this full-time leadership role, you will oversee PT, OT, SLP, and allied rehab teams, manage caseloads, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include staff supervision, scheduling, interdisciplinary collaboration, documentation oversight, and performance improvement. You'll partner closely with Jackson's clinician-first support team, gaining access to diverse clinical settings, growth opportunities, and a nationwide network of rehabilitation professionals. Responsibilities Lead and manage rehabilitation services including PT, OT, SLP, and allied health teams Oversee staff hiring, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, and performance evaluations Ensure compliance with federal, state, payer, and facility rehabilitation regulations Monitor documentation quality, billing accuracy, and timely EMR completion Develop and track clinical quality, outcomes, and patient satisfaction initiatives Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams on care plans Optimize caseload management, productivity, and resource utilization Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to therapists and assistants Support change initiatives, new programs, and best-practice protocols in rehab Serve as primary liaison between facility leadership and Jackson Therapy Partners support teams Required Skills Rehabilitation program management Clinical supervision Care planning and coordination Regulatory compliance (CMS, Joint Commission) Staff scheduling and workforce planning Interdisciplinary team leadership Quality improvement and outcomes tracking Budgeting and resource management Electronic medical records (EMR) Patient and family communication
