The ideal candidate will manage both home-based services and facility-based programs, ensuring interdisciplinary cooperation, compliance with healthcare standards, and operational excellence. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the clinic, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards. Direct and supervise a diverse team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and leadership. Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote optimal patient outcomes and efficient use of resources. Manage clinic budget, resources, and equipment, and make adjustments as necessary to meet financial objectives. Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure staff is informed and compliant with the latest therapy practices and technologies.
