POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the clinical and administrative management of the Mobile Medication and Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programs. Duties include the supervision and mentoring of both the Supervisors, and the direct care professionals who provide medication monitoring, education, skills training and support services to individuals with mental health needs in the MMM and Psychiatric Rehabilitation programs; internal and external communication and/or education to referral sources for the programs; budget development and monitoring; enforcement and monitoring of regulatory requirements; and direction of overall program operations. The incumbent will maintain a focus on mental health recovery approaches through leadership by example, coaching and the development of programmatic systems that promote interdisciplinary collaboration.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree and CPRP certification; OR, A bachelor's degree and at least 3 years work experience in mental health direct service, 2 years of which must be work experience inPR. CPRP
certification shall be attained within 2 years of hire as a PR director; OR, An associate of arts degree and CPRP certification if employed as the PR director of a licensed PR facility for at least 6 months immediately prior to May 11, 2013. 2+ years of supervisory experience is preferred.
