Pay Rates:
Assistant Licenses (PTA/COTA): $42-$47/hour Therapist Licenses (PT/OT/SLP): $50-$55/hour The Director of Rehabilitation will oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation department, lead a multidisciplinary therapy team, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation department Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team of physical, occupational, and speech therapy professionals Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations, as well as licensing and accreditation standards Monitor therapy outcomes, productivity, quality measures, and documentation Collaborate with nursing, physicians, case management, and facility leadership to develop individualized treatment plans Promote a positive, team-oriented culture focused on clinical excellence and outstanding customer service Assist with program development and implement rehabilitation initiatives that improve resident outcomes Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and departmental performance Support census growth and effective utilization of rehabilitation services Ensure appropriate documentation and billing practices in accordance with Medicare, PDPM, and regulatory requirements Qualifications
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE MANAGING LARGE SKILLED NURSING REHABILITATION DEPARTMENTS
