We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Director of Rehab to join our team at Champion City Nursing & Rehabilitation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality rehabilitation services to our residents. Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of rehabilitation professionals, including occupational, physical, and speech therapists Develop, implement, and evaluate rehabilitation programs to meet the unique needs of our residents Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes Conduct staff training and education programs to enhance knowledge and skills Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and physicians to ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction

Requirements:

Must have active PA Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist License Minimum [1] years of experience in rehabilitation leadership or management, preferred Current licensure and certification in good standing Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
