Job Description

- Bachelor's degree in physical therapy, occupational therapy OR Master's degree in speech language. Work Experience Required
- 3 years of clinical experience in physical therapy (PT), occupational therapy (OT), or speech language pathology (SLP). Preferred
- 1 year of leadership experience within rehab in physical therapy (PT), occupational therapy (OT), or speech language pathology (SLP) with 5 years of clinical experience. Certifications Required
- License eligible for physical therapy (PT), occupational therapy (OT), or speech language pathology (SLP) in state of practice.
- Exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
