This role reports directly to the Vice President of Operations. Job duties are not limited to, but do include: Oversee patient care processes to ensure clinical excellence, completion of care plans, and outstanding patient outcomes Oversee rehab staff management Monitor the daily operations & overall productivity of all clinics Ensure compliance with company procedures in all matters related to clinical documentation, supervision, and billing Oversee community partnerships & involvement to educate on how conservative physical therapy can effectively address musculoskeletal injuries Harvest and develop Direct Access opportunities Regularly consult with marketing staff to monitor referral patterns, trends and give insight as appropriate Attend marketing breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and some after-hours events to help educate local physicians on our services Meet regularly with the VPO, clinical management staff, clinical teams, and support staff Monitor the intake & supervision of Physical Therapy/Physical Therapist Assistant students Maintain, update, and develop clinic policy and procedures as needed to ensure patient compliance, target collections, and efficient billing processes Participate in the active recruitment of new clinical and clinical supporting staff via active interviewing and ongoing conversation with the Personnel department Confirm that clinical training processes are clearly organized and executed to appropriately support newly hired clinical staff within the company Regularly communicate with the Credentialing department to ensure that all clinical staff are credentialed in a timely manner
