3003317643-2 Apply for this job now Job Description As Program Director at Sevita, you will lead healthcare and community-based programs focused on person-centered care and quality outcomes. You will oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance across behavioral health, brain injury rehabilitation, and related services. You'll supervise and develop interdisciplinary teams, use data to drive continuous improvement, and partner closely with individuals and families. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations of assigned healthcare and community-based programs to ensure safe, person-centered services. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, contractual, and accreditation requirements. Develop, manage, and monitor program budgets, staffing models, and performance metrics. Hire, supervise, and mentor interdisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of empathy and collaboration. Implement quality improvement initiatives using data and feedback to enhance outcomes. Partner with individuals, families, and community stakeholders to support person-centered planning. Coordinate staff training, professional development, and performance evaluations. Prepare reports and documentation for leadership, funders, and regulatory agencies. Drive program growth, innovation, and best practices aligned with Sevita's mission. Respond to incidents and manage risk, ensuring timely follow-up and corrective actions.
