You'll be responsible for: Leading, mentoring, and supporting therapy staff Overseeing daily therapy operations, scheduling, and staffing Monitoring productivity, caseloads, and patient outcomes Supporting quality documentation and regulatory compliance Providing clinical guidance to therapists and assistants Collaborating with facility leadership, physicians, residents, and families Supporting admissions, evaluations, treatment plans, and discharges Helping develop a positive, accountable, and team-oriented rehab department What We're Looking For Current Texas
PT/PTA/OT/COTA
license Leadership, management, or supervisory experience preferred LTC/SNF, post-acute, or geriatric rehabilitation experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of therapy operations, documentation, and compliance Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Net Health experience is a plus Ready to Lead?
