Graduate from an accredited program for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology with a Certificate of Clinical Competency. Current licensure as a therapist in the state of practice. Management and supervisory skills. Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing. Must possess problem-solving skills of the type and at level necessary to accomplish the job. Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to relate professionally and positively to Patients, Patients family members, and Facility staff. Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance. Must meet all local health regulations, pass post-offer drug test, and pass post-employment physical exam if required.
