Director of Rehabilitation Franklin County Rehab is seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead our rehabilitation department and support high-quality patient care. About the Role The Director of Rehabilitation will oversee the day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation department, provide leadership to therapy staff, and ensure patients receive coordinated, effective rehabilitation services. We are looking for an experienced Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) rehabilitation leader or therapist with significant SNF experience who understands the clinical, operational, and regulatory needs of a skilled nursing environment.
