As a key member of our leadership team, the Director of Rehab PTA will oversee the Physical Therapy department, driving excellence in patient care and outcomes. Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and vision for the Physical Therapy department, aligning with the organization's mission and goals Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards Foster a collaborative environment among interdisciplinary teams, promoting open communication and patient-centered care Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to continuously improve patient outcomes and department performance Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation Mentor and supervise Physical Therapy staff, providing guidance and support to enhance clinical skills and expertise
