Overview:

Amethyst of Brown Deer is an 87 bed, dually certified, skilled nursing facility with a high skilled census and a fully integrated in-house therapy program. We are looking to fill this position with the right candidate. The ideal candidate would have managerial experience in a skilled nursing environment. We would consider therapists and therapy assistants from any discipline:

PT, OT, ST.

Work Schedule:

Variable Weekdays, weekends, holidays.

Caseload:

Patient population is primarily geriatric and includes ortho, neuro, trach, ventilator dependent and general debility.

Job Requirements:

Wisconsin state licensure Managerial experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
