Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Valid certification or registry as an EP Tech or in a related imaging specialty Previous experience as an EP Tech, particularly in a hospital or acute care setting Proficiency in operating imaging and electrophysiology equipment Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy and EP lab procedures Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Current BLS/CPR certification (as required) Quick adaptability to new technology and protocols
Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic and interventional electrophysiology procedures with precision and care Operate and maintain imaging equipment specific to EP studies Assist cardiologists and physicians during complex procedures Monitor patient status and document all relevant data accurately Ensure strict adherence to safety and infection control standards Educate and support patients throughout procedures
