EEG Technologist I Position Summary The EEG Technologist I performs electroencephalopathic studies and has primary responsibility for other physiological testing for inpatients as ordered by a Physician. EEG Technologist I Position Requirements High School or four-year technical school plus up to two years training in a specialty or two years of college or comparable education. Three years to 5 years. EEG Technologist I Schedule Expected to work 7 1 / 2 hour day week schedule usually 0730 to 1530. May require employee to stay until all work is completed, i.e., emergency patients. Usually does not work weekends, but will be expected to respond to calls for emergencies on nights and weekends. May be expected to work overtime on occasion. EEG Technologist I Benefits At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
