Category Imaging - EP Tech Job Type Contract Step into a vital role where your expertise as an EP Tech will make a real difference supporting cutting-edge cardiac care. This contract opportunity is structured for professionals who are ready to deliver precise, compassionate support within a collaborative and technologically advanced imaging environment.
Schedule/Hours:
9-hour day shifts, three days per week
Shift:
7:30 AM - 6:00 PM No on-call duties or callbacks No weekend rotation Holidays off No floating to other units
Key Qualifications:
Certification and experience as an EP Tech Strong knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and imaging modalities Ability to operate EP lab equipment with confidence and accuracy Proven track record maintaining safety and infection control standards Effective communicator able to collaborate with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff Prior experience in a busy imaging or cardiac EP setting preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist in all facets of electrophysiology procedures, including patient prep, intra-procedure monitoring, and post-procedure care Operate and troubleshoot EP lab equipment to ensure optimal image quality Accurately document all aspects of imaging and procedures within patient records Consistently uphold protocols for patient privacy and procedure room sterilization Provide thorough explanations and reassurance to patients throughout their care journey Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care This contract-based position offers structured hours with no weekend, on-call, or holiday requirements, allowing you to focus on quality care during predictable weekdays in a supportive environment. to make a meaningful contribution with your specialized imaging skills and enjoy a balanced work schedule designed for professional and personal well-being!
