Short Description:

Provide phlebotomy services for adolescent/adult patients in EIP department, HIV counseling and testing. Patient education for laboratory test collection and preservation. Enter all laboratory data in appropriate data bases. Provide phlebotomy services for adolescent/adult patients in EIP department. Experience Required:

0-2 years' experience required

Education Requirements:

High School/GED required. Vocational/Technical School preferred.

License/Certification Requirements:

Formal Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant Certification preferred. Salary Min ($): USD $18.00 Salary Max ($): USD $29.00
