When you join, you'll receive: License reimbursement to support maintenance and renewal of credentials Referral programme with rewards for recommending healthcare professionals Comprehensive health insurance options Certification reimbursement for additional professional qualifications Reliable weekly pay Key Responsibilities of the Electrophysiology Lab Tech Assist with electrophysiology procedures, including cardiac mapping, ablation, and other EP lab interventions Prepare patients, equipment, and the procedure room before EP procedures Operate and assist with specialised EP lab equipment and monitoring systems Monitor patients throughout procedures and report changes promptly to the clinical team Maintain a sterile and safe procedural environment in accordance with infection control standards Assist physicians, electrophysiologists, nurses, and other members of the cardiac care team during procedures Maintain accurate procedure documentation and patient records Follow radiation safety, cardiac monitoring, infection control, and departmental protocols Ensure equipment is properly prepared and functioning safely before and during procedures Requirements of the Electrophysiology Lab Tech Role Current BLS certification RCES certification or Radiologic Technologist License Minimum 2 years of recent EP Lab Tech experience Strong understanding of electrophysiology procedures, cardiac anatomy, and EP lab equipment Excellent technical, communication, and patient care skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced procedural environment Rochester, NY - A Great Place to Work and Live Located in western New York, Rochester offers a combination of urban amenities, outdoor recreation, cultural attractions, and a vibrant food scene.
