Category Imaging - EP Tech Job Type Contract Embark on an impactful role as an Imaging EP Tech, supporting essential cardiovascular procedures and collaborating closely with physicians and technical staff. This contract position is a unique opportunity to employ your specialized expertise in electrophysiology and imaging within a dynamic clinical environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
Certified Electrophysiology Technologist (RCES preferred) or comparable certification Demonstrated experience as an EP Tech, including familiarity with imaging modalities related to EP procedures In-depth knowledge of cardiac anatomy, EP lab safety standards, and related imaging technology Strong technical acumen with mapping systems, recording equipment, and electrophysiology studies Proven ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary clinical team Adaptability in fast-paced settings and excellent problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, operate, and maintain EP lab imaging equipment for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures Assist physicians during electrophysiology studies, ablations, device implants, and related interventions Ensure proper documentation and care of electronic medical records regarding patient procedures Monitor patients' status, provide clear communications during procedures, and anticipate clinical needs Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control standards in the EP lab Participate in the setup and calibration of mapping and imaging systems prior to procedures Maintain a high standard of patient care, comfort, and privacy throughout all interactions

The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
