Mindstate Wellness Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated EEG Technician to join our dynamic team. As a leader in holistic mental health services, we provide innovative neurofeedback therapies that empower our clients to enhance their cognitive performance and overall well-being. About Us At Mindstate Wellness Center , we specialize in neurofeedback, a proven, non-invasive technique designed to train the brain for improved function. Our services assist individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, insomnia, and cognitive impairments. Think of neurofeedback as a workout for your brain—tailored treatments that result in enhanced focus, memory, and overall mental health. Key Responsibilities Conduct brain mapping assessments to analyze baseline brain activity. Administer neurofeedback sessions under the guidance of a licensed neurofeedback therapist. Monitor and record client progress, adjusting protocols as necessary. Provide supportive feedback and education to clients about the neurofeedback process. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the neurofeedback treatment area. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Administrative duties such as, but not limited to: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail Maintain office organization by filing documents and keeping records up to date Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary Assist with event planning and coordination
