Job Description
Performs vascular studies, focusing on Carotid, ABI, Arterial Duplex, Venous Duplex and Venous Insufficiency. Drafts reports and ensures providers receive final reports. Ensures proper maintenance of equipment. Team player ready to deliver quality patient care at a growing practice.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.- Performs carotid duplex, renal artery duplex, abdominal aorta duplex, upper & lower venous duplex, ABI, upper and lower arterial duplex and vascular screenings.
- Provides patients with instructions on procedures. Prepares reports that include testing indication, patient history and technical data from study.
- Performs basic equipment maintenance and ensures that maintenance and repair is completed by the manufacturer.
- Assists physicians in venous ablation procedures.
