Some of the job duties for this position are as follows: Perform safety patrol checks through the private community of Flagstaff Ranch, enforcing the rules of the Property Owners Association (POA). Respond to a low volume of medical calls in the community, transfer care to Guardian Medical, Highlands Fire and Flagstaff Fire department. Attention to detail is a must. Welcome members via phone and face to face, offering customer concierge service at the front gate entrance. Ensure every guest, vendor, and contractor are checked in and heading to their proper location. Call for snow removal in the community and will perform snow removal around the Gatehouse. Must have day & night shift availability. The Gatehouse is open 24/7.
