Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Provide assistance and respond to patient, relative, and medical provider inquiries about hospital services, policies, and procedures. Greet and direct patients and guests to the appropriate departments or personnel, and maintain a referral log. Coordinate patient appointments, treatments, and consultations through calls, emails, and SMS reminders. Maintain strict confidentiality of patient records in line with hospital policies. Support interdepartmental coordination for patient-related matters (e.g., Billing, HMO, Medical Services). Assist with basic inventory and maintain office supply stock levels. Handle patient documentation such as medical certificates, abstracts, and quotation forms. Liaise with clinical teams including Nuclear Medicine Physicians for scheduling and patient concerns. Assist patients with insurance-related processes and claims. Prepare minutes of meetings for department and committee discussions. Document and report irregularities, incidents, and continuing needs to ensure continuity among work teams. Notify Radiation Protection Officer / Medical Physicist of any incidents in the nuclear medicine facility. Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
