NOTE:
Some companies may try to offer a higher hourly rate BUT they have an alternate work week arrangement and do NOT pay overtime until after the 10th hour in a day.
PREMIER PAYS OVERTIME AFTER THE
8th hour in a day. We also have 24-hour shift assignments! Premier provides non-emergency, 9-1-1 ambulance services and participates in regular strike team deployments. Essential Responsibilities Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care within the EMT scope of practice Respond to emergency and non-emergency medical transportation assignments Assess, monitor, and appropriately care for patients Safely transport patients to designated healthcare facilities Operate and maintain ambulance equipment and medical supplies Complete accurate patient care and required operational documentation Communicate effectively with patients, families, healthcare providers, dispatch, and other emergency personnel Maintain a clean, safe, and properly stocked ambulance Remain calm and professional in high-stress situations Follow company policies, clinical protocols, and applicable laws and regulations Employment Benefits Flexible scheduling 8
