Work Schedule:

24-hour shifts Responds to emergency and non-emergency calls, assessing patients and providing care, treatment, and safe transport according to established medical protocols. Maintains compliance with all policies, procedures, safety standards, infection control practices, and patient confidentiality requirements. Operates ambulances safely and defensively while ensuring vehicles and medical equipment remain in a constant state of readiness. Completes accurate patient care, billing, and required documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory guidelines. Delivers exceptional customer service and communicates effectively with patients, families, dispatchers, healthcare teams, and emergency response partners while supporting ongoing training and community initiatives.
