POSITION SUMMARY

Performs specialized life sustaining procedures in a hospital-based advance care ambulance service. Responsible for providing immediate emergency care and transport of the critically ill or injured under direction of medical control physician.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Current EMS certification from the State of Iowa. BLS (CPR) and ACLS certified PALS certified or obtained within 6 months of employment Valid driver's license Current operational level Hazmat training within 1 year of onboarding. Successful completion of ICS 100 and ICS 200 within 3 months of employment
