Job Description
Overview As a Paramedic, you are a critical part of the emergency response team—providing advanced, high-quality care to patients during some of their most urgent moments. You'll respond to both emergency and non-emergency calls, delivering compassionate, skilled medical care in the field while helping stabilize and transport patients safely. In this role, you'll work closely with an EMT partner as part of a high-performing team, where communication, trust, and teamwork are essential. What You'll Do Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls and provide advanced patient care in accordance with protocols Lead and support your EMT partner in delivering safe, efficient, and effective care Assess patients and utilize advanced medical equipment and procedures in the field Ensure patient safety, comfort, and appropriate transport decisions Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation for all patient encounters Communicate effectively with dispatch, healthcare facilities, and team members Maintain readiness of equipment, supplies, and vehicle for response Support a culture of safety, professionalism, and teamwork
