Schedule & Work Environment Full-Time and Part-Time available All shift modalities: 24-hour, 16-hour, 12-hour, and 8-hour shifts available Schedule posted 30 days in advance Call Volume split between primarily 911 emergency response dominant and non-emergency transports Coverage area ranges from urban to rural environments Why Work with Us? • and much more. Position Summary The EMT
• Basic provides high quality prehospital emergency medical care and non-emergency medical transportation in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Health regulations, regional protocols, and Ambulance and Chair policies.

EMTs function as a part of a multidisciplinary team focused on patient-centered care, safety, and professionalism. Compensation & Benefits 24-for-24 pay structure Accrual-based Paid Time Off Tuition assistance Retirement plan Short-Term Disability (STD), Long-Term Disability (LTD), and Paid Family Leave New uniforms provided (coat, shirts, pants) Annual fleet upgrades with new ambulances every year Power stretchers and power load systems Service resources and protocols including: Blood Protocol participation Zoll Z Vent ® portable ventilators Sapphire IV pumps LUCAS devices iPads for on-the-go charting Key Responsibilities Respond to 911 and non-emergency calls in a safe, timely, and professional manner Perform patient assessments and provide Basic Life Support care within PA scope of practice Safely operate ambulances and related equipment in emergency and non-emergency conditions Assist with patient movement, lifting, and transport using powered stretchers and loading systems Accurately complete electronic patient care reports Communicate effectively with patients, families, dispatch, hospitals, and partner agencies Maintain readiness of vehicles, equipment, and supplies Participate in continuing education, training, quality improvement, and research initiatives Uphold company values, patient confidentiality, and a culture of trust and teamwork Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Current Pennsylvania EMT-Basic certification Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with acceptable driving record Current BLS card Emergency Vehicle Operator (EMSVO) certificate Ability to meet physical demands of the position, including lifting and moving patients Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills Ability to work independently and remain calm in high-stress situations Clearances must be dated within 90 days: Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting with renewal Act 33 with renewal Act 34 Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal Preferred Qualifications Prior EMS experience Familiarity with electronic patient care reporting (ePCR) systems Interest in mentorship, education, or service development initiatives Apply Now Active Filters EMT
