The Drivers ensure safe and timely delivery of home medical equipment to our patients. They also provide equipment setup and educate patients on the proper use of equipment.

Available Shifts:

Monday thru Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Minimum of 40 hours per week

Job Functions:

Follow complete patient orientation checklists during delivery and training Adhere to assigned routes and schedules Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record Inspect and maintain company-provided delivery vehicle, ensuring safety during the loading and unloading process Establish and maintain outstanding relations with patients and internal team members Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle and warehouse, adhering to all FDA protocols

Education:

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED),

Required Work Experience:

Minimum, one year of experience in professional driving role or equivalent position required Home care/health care background is a plus Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must have a valid driver's license for a minimum of 2 years with a good driving record Previous delivery and/or warehouse experience preferred Must possess strong organizational and time management skills Must have excellent verbal communication skills Should have general working knowledge of technology and ability to use mobile devices such as a smart phone Must lift 50+ pounds by oneself Must lift excess of 50lbs with mechanical or employee assistance Maneuver often in restricted spaces Perform the following physical actions: straight pulling pulling hand over hand reaching above the shoulder use of fingers/fine manipulation repeated bending Utilize hands, legs, and eyes for operating vehicle Use depth perception Lift up to 15lbs above the shoulder while loading and unloading Licenses and Certifications Valid Driver's License Required Meets all physical requirements related to DOT and FMCSA regulations required
