JOB SUMMARY

The Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) responds to emergency and non-emergency requests for assistance and provides appropriate pre-hospital care to individuals in need. This position assesses patients, provides emergency medical treatment within the established EMT scope of practice, and assists with safe transportation while promoting patient safety and preservation of life. The EMT works collaboratively with emergency services personnel, healthcare professionals, and community partners while performing other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

EMT Tennessee Required Driver's license with correct endorsements Tennessee Required High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred 2 Years Emergency Services Preferred
