• Position Purpose
• At Saint Mary's Hospital, the Emergency Department is a Level II Trauma Center. This unit is a primary stroke center and is a pediatric receiving facility. The unit is consistent of 46 beds, 8 of which are emergency behavioral health beds. You will engage with staff from the unit and build relationships and learn different types of nursing and become savvy with new skill sets.
• What you will do
• In this critical role you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, play an active part in unit shared decision making, and enjoy practice autonomy using nurse driven protocols.
• Minimum Qualifications
• + •Education•: High School Graduate + •BLS or CPR certification:•Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross will be accepted.

+ Ability to pass drug screenings and background checks.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of Emergency Services experience. Emergency Department experience is preferred.
