Job Description

Emergency Department Technician Part Time We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician Part Time to join our dynamic Emergency Department team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients of all ages and acuity levels, including those in trauma, observation, rapid medical evaluation, and basic care areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently triage patients of all ages based on acuity and clinical urgency. Deliver comprehensive nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient needs. Provide safe, efficient, and compassionate care that considers each patient's physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Demonstrate professional accountability and assume a delegated leadership role in assigned resource areas when needed.
Qualifications:
Can be filled by an AEMT, paramedic, or a CNA who is competently trained to provide care in the ER setting Current CPR certification required. Prior Emergency Department experience is preferred. Ongoing compliance with certification and education requirements is the responsibility of the employee to remain eligible for Emergency Department assignment.
