• 12 hour shifts

• 7am•7pm, 3 shifts per week and weekend rotation : The Emergency Room Technician functions under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse.

He/she provides non-licensed direct patient care to neonate through geriatric patients. He/she assists the healthcare team by providing personal assistance to patients by caring for the patient, equipment and supplies and also by providing clerical and nursing care support services.

Requirements:

High school graduate or equivalent. Successful completion of phlebotomy training with six (6) months of hire. Current BCLS required.

• Phlebotomy proficiency preferred
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer experience preferred Minimun one (1) year experience in a clinical setting.

Previous nursing assistant experience.
