8-hour shifts Start date: 09/28/2026 Work setting: travel assignment in a hospital environment Responsibilities Apply aseptic technique to equipment preparation and assist with procedures, identifying any potential compromise to sterile/high-level disinfection integrity. Disassemble, inspect, and identify defective or malfunctioning parts; provide preventive maintenance for all procedure supplies and equipment. Perform all pre-cleaning requirements per regulatory standards for endoscopes, including inspection, leak testing, cleaning, high-level disinfection, and identifying needed repairs; follow reprocessing and storage protocols. Determine high-level disinfection methods per material or manufacturer instructions; check and calibrate equipment according to protocol. Carry out ambulatory technician duties as assigned, such as obtaining and documenting vital signs and transporting patients. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as Endoscopy Tech or GI Lab Tech; travel experience preferred Travel experience required High-Level Disinfection (HLD) certification highly desired
