ATRIUM MEDICAL CENTER ENDOSCOPY
Full time days 7:00am-4:00pm, 36 hours a week, 72 hours per pay period.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Endoscopy Tech performs technical functions to assist in the delivery of patient care in Endoscopy or other areas of the hospital as assigned. The Endoscopy Tech provides assistance to other health care providers such as Registered Nurses, anesthesia staff, surgeons and other professionals. The primary role of the Endoscopy Tech is to perform in the 'Assistant' role during endoscopy procedures and by assuring availability of all sterile supplies, instrumentation, and equipment.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High School diploma or GED.
Licensure:
N/A Certification:
Current CPR certification.
Experience:
Prefer previous HUC & /or Endoscopy Assistant/tech experience. Must have keyboarding skills.
Skills/Other:
Good Customer relations and relationships with co-workers, team player, positive attitude.
