Responsibilities Prepare endoscopic equipment and supplies, ensuring all tools are sterile and ready for procedures Assist physicians during endoscopic examinations by handling instruments and managing patient positioning Maintain strict aseptic techniques to prevent infection and uphold safety standards throughout procedures Monitor patients' physiological responses during procedures, including vital signs and comfort levels Operate medical imaging devices to assist with diagnostic evaluations and capture necessary visuals for review Document procedure details accurately in patient records, including observations and technical data Support post-procedure cleanup, sanitization of equipment, and proper disposal of medical waste Experience Familiarity with medical terminology related to endoscopy and gastrointestinal health preferred Understanding of medical imaging technology used in diagnostic evaluations Ability to interpret basic anatomy diagrams and assist with diagnostic assessments Prior exposure to clinical settings involving endoscopic or similar minimally invasive procedures is preferred Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with medical teams and educate patients when needed No experience is required.
