This role offers a unique opportunity to work with individuals with neurological conditions, such as spinal cord injuries, multiple sclerosis, ALS, as well as a general wellness population. Under the guidance of the Director of Clinical Operations and Senior Neurological Movement Specialists, you will play a critical role in implementing exercise-based therapy programs that promote functional movement, neural stimulation, and recovery. Prior experience in neurological rehabilitation is preferred and on-the-job training will be provided to ensure you are equipped with the specialized skills necessary for this position. Key Responsibilities Clinical Service Delivery Deliver individualized therapy sessions that align with client goals, functional needs, and rehabilitation progress. Conduct comprehensive assessments to establish baseline data and develop personalized exercise programs. Maintain detailed and accurate treatment notes, tracking client progress and adjusting programs as needed. Utilize evidence-based neurological rehabilitation techniques to support functional recovery, mobility, and independence. Collaboration & Professional Development Work alongside Neurological Movement Specialists, physical therapists, and healthcare professionals to ensure integrated, client-centered care. Actively develop expertise in neurological functional movement therapy through structured training and mentorship. Follow the Adapt Specialist Certification Program, integrating our training methodology and clinical expectations into your practice. Facility & Operational Responsibilities Assist in the execution of integrative recovery prescriptions under the direction of Senior Neurological Movement Specialists. Maintain a moderate to strenuous workload for up to four consecutive hours, assisting clients through guided movement and exercise sessions. Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained rehabilitation environment, adhering to facility protocols.

Qualifications & Skills Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physiology, Rehabilitation Science, or related discipline). Strong understanding of functional movement, biomechanics, and exercise prescription. CPR/AED certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with neurological populations or adaptive exercise programs. Experience working in a physical therapy setting. Familiarity with neurological rehabilitation principles, neuroplasticity, and movement-based recovery techniques.
