UForce Fitness is looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Corrective Exercise Specialist to help members identify movement limitations, improve exercise technique, and build stronger, more functional movement patterns. - prioritizes safety, proper technique, progressive improvement, and long-term client outcomes Your Responsibilities Conduct movement assessments to identify mobility, stability, strength, and movement-quality limitations Develop and implement individualized corrective exercise strategies based on assessment findings Coach proper exercise technique and provide precise, effective form corrections Modify exercises appropriately for clients with movement limitations or previous injuries Improve mobility, stability, motor control, and foundational movement patterns Work alongside UForce coaches to integrate corrective strategies into members' broader training programs Track client progress and adjust programming based on changes in movement quality and performance Educate members on movement mechanics and strategies for improving their physical performance Recognize situations that require referral to an appropriate healthcare professional and operate within the scope of practice Represent UForce's culture of quality movement, progress, performance, and individualized coaching What You Bring Current nationally accredited fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent) Corrective exercise, movement assessment, or related specialization preferred Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, exercise technique, and functional movement Experience performing movement assessments and prescribing exercise modifications preferred A genuine passion for helping people improve how they move, train, and perform Professionalism, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills What You'll Get At UForce, you're more than a coach — you're part of a team committed to delivering high-quality training and creating meaningful results for our members.
